Orders and availability

Submitting payment does not override an obvious pricing error or legal restriction. If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Knife ownership and use

Customers must be legally permitted to purchase, possess, import, and use the selected knife in their location. Knives must be handled, transported, stored, and used responsibly. Products are not sold for unlawful use.

Product representation

Handmade materials can vary naturally. Photographs and screens may not reproduce colours exactly. For one-of-a-kind products, confirm whether the pictured knife is the exact item before ordering if this is material to your decision.

Commissions

A commission is governed by the written specification, price, payment schedule, and estimated timing agreed with us. Material availability and handmade production can affect timing, and any material change will be discussed.

Website use
