South African delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout. South African orders over R5,000 currently qualify for free shipping; a R150 shipping charge applies below that threshold. We will use the delivery address supplied during checkout.

Dispatch and lead times

Ready-made and made-to-order knives have different fulfilment times. We will confirm availability and expected dispatch timing after payment. Pre-order and commissioned pieces only begin or enter the production schedule after the agreed requirements are confirmed.

International orders

Please contact us before placing an international order. Shipping availability, insurance, customs duties, import restrictions, and local knife laws vary by destination and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery problems

Inspect the parcel on arrival and contact us promptly if it is delayed, damaged, or appears to have been opened. Keep the packaging and photographs so we can assist with the carrier.
